Irish-based Zeus packaging takes over Austrian food packaging company
Recently, Irish-owned Zeus Packaging, which is a leading independent packaging manufacturer and distributor, has announced the acquisition of Austrian-based food packaging solutions business, Petruzale –a part of Sirap-Gema Group.
The take-over expands and positions the company across 12 countries in Western, Central and Eastern Europe. The recent acquisition will help the company foray into new markets, diversity product range as well as further broaden client network.
